You will have the "hands on" opportunity to wrap these wonderful flavors of North African in phyllo: Garlic and Cheese Triangles, Bisteeya (chicken pie with eggs and almonds) and Beggars Purses with Custard Sauce (fruit and nut-filled).
Madelaine has been teaching French cooking techniques at Chez Madelaine Cooking School for over 30 years, in Hinsdale, Illinois (www.chezM.com). She also organizes trips to France to help participants unveil the mysteries of French cuisine.
