Laurie Forster, The Wine Coach and Executive Chef James Barrett have created an evening that will take you on an adventure of flavor through the Mediterranean. Each of the four de-lectable courses will be inspired by the cuisine of Spain, France, Italy and Portugal and are paired with wines from the region. You’ll also get tips on food and wine pairings from Laurie along your journey.

Each course represents one of the amazing ports that will be visited during the 2012 Ro-mancing the Riviera Cruise Laurie is hosting this July on the Crystal Serenity. As you tour this region one bite (and sip) at a time you’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about this amazing all-inclusive cruises.
