Cooking Demonstration
ItaliAsia will host the second installment of
their monthly cooking demos on Thursday, February 16. Chef de
Cuisine Johnny Foster will lead the demo as he handcrafts select items from
ItaliAsia’s menu and pairs the dishes with specialty wines. Guests
will experience the creative process as they are treated to tastes of seasonal
samplings.
The second session will feature ItaliAsia Mussels and focus on the art of
preparing them at home. Attendees will learn the history and origin,
buying, cooking and storing of the mussels.
