This February, the Carnivale University Winter Quarter will continue with Argentinian
Wines 101. Carnivale Sommelier Rebecca Green will lead this hands-on class featuring wines from Argentina on Wednesday, February 8 from 6:30 PM-8:30 PM.
Guests will visit wine stations from different regions of Argentina with information about the wines, regions and countries along with paired appetizers created by Executive Chef David Dworshak. Featured wines will include Reginato Sparkling Wine, Susana Balbo
Malbec and La Posta Cocina Blanco. Complete menu of pairings below.

Reginato Sparkling Wine paired with Shrimp Croquettes and Satsuma Aioli
La Posta Cocina Blanco paired with Serrano Ham, Casa Bolo Cheese and Guava with Marcona Almond
La Posta Bonarda paired with Tomato Braised Pork and Spinach Gnocchi
Susana Balbo Malbec paired with Skirt Steak Skewers, Maitake Mushrooms and Chimichurri
