Enjoy fine wines and savory food while shopping from local boutiques and perusing art exhibits. This year, the Westlake Village Junior Women’s Club has partnered with the Civic Arts Plaza Regional Art Museum to host this event. Proceeds will support the much-anticipated development of this one of a kind art museum in Thousand Oaks.
