The Level 2 Award provides a deeper insight into the world of wine. This is the perfect course for those with some knowledge of wine but who need to fill in all the gaps. This course covers winemaking, grapegrowing and the major grape varieties of the world. Includes in depth tasting in every session. Taught by Master of Wine (MW) Rhys Pender.
