German Chef Lars Liebisch, who teaches the popular Basic Cooking 1 & 2 classes as well as Basic Kitchen and Knife Skills at the BCAE is taking things to the next level.
Join Chef Lars for this hands-on cooking class as he shows you more advanced cooking techniques using recipes from around the world. There will be a German dinner, an Italian Dinner, and a French dinner. The last evening is reserved for a variety of delicious desserts to and some ideas for great snacks and appetizers.
You will learn how to choose the right ingredients and organize your work flow in the kitchen better so you can cook with ease and enjoy entertaining at home. Also learn tips and tricks to come up with your own menu and how to plate your dishes and garnish with elegance.
Please dress appropriately for this hands-on cooking class or bring an apron.
