This class will make sure that you actually get to greet and chat with the guests at your party, rather than having you locked up in the kitchen. It's all about planning, the right recipes and timing, but you'll be hosting parties of the century in no time. Every student should plan to get their hands dirty as we feed a class of 12 in under three hours. An easy feat with these tips and techniques. Alcohol, meat and nuts will be served during this class, please plan accordingly.
