Julia Child, recently immortalized in the film Julie & Julia, brought French cooking into the everyday American home through her ingenious idea to start a cooking TV show at WGBH. Not only did she educate about French cooking, but entertain as well, as she was learning as she went.
Pierre Jenatton from Le Chef Mobile actually cooked with Julia Child while a chef in Denver. Learn some of Julia's favorite recipes like Sole au Beurre Blanc, her famous bread-making methods and other French dishes that she popularized over the years.
