Mexican food is always a crowd pleasing spread. Just in time for the Super Bowl, learn all you need to know to create a Mexican feast that is fun, fiery, and festive. We will roast tomatoes and chilies for salsa, make tangy guacamole, and a spicy cheese dip for a make-it-yourself nacho bar. The salsa will also be the base for tortilla soup and baked rice. Finally, we will end the class on a sweet note with a cup of Mexican hot chocolate.
