Become a winemaker for the day! Tolosa's annual blending seminar is just around the corner. Join Tolosa winemaker Larry Brooks and become a winemaker for the day. Blend away using your taste buds, lab equipment and learn how it's done in the cellar. When your team creates it's final blend, it will be entered into a blind tasting upstairs in our Heritage Room where you will enjoy a catered lunch by Maegen Loring of the Neon Carrot and wine tasting. The winning blend will then be bottled and used for our next Mission V exclusive Heritage Club wine.
