Learn the six basic cooking methods: sauteing, steaming, roasting, braising, frying and pressure cooking while expanding your culinary creativity. Prepare dishes utilizing these techniques and discuss how one ingredient can be used in more than one recipe. Learn more about seasoning using spices and fresh herbs and see how food presentation can make all the difference. Please bring an apron or dress appropriately. (Demonstration and participation)
