An intensive nine-week program which includes wine production and classification and a fascinating look at all of the major wine growing regions of the Old and New World. Sparkling and fortified wines are included as well as a separate focus on spirits and liqueurs. There are no prerequisites for the Intermediate Certificate, but it is assumed that students will have some degree of experience with wine.

$850 (includes textbook, study guide, 6 wines per class, exam, and certificate upon successful completion)
*please note there is a $200 fee to re-schedule the exam, which is held on the last day of the course
