Chefs Catherine and Jose Luis Pawelek will create 7 dishes inspired by 7 rums....this is not your cuba libre kind of rum....these are aged, (as much as 23 years), Soleras, Anejos, some are as rich as a great French Cognac. From Martinique, Haiti, Barbados, Dominican, Venezuela and more. So Salsa , Bachata, Merengue over to Elements for this event.
