Three-course dinner featuring un-released ASV Site Archives paired with locally-sourced foods. Choice of Arizona-Raised Lamb, Pacific Sea Bass or Fossil Creek Goat-Cheese Ravioli. The traditional dessert course features cheese and chocolates by Bonne Lait's fromagerie service, complemented by Crema's artisan sorbets and gelatos. Featuring farm-to-table selections sourced by Yum Yum Produce restaurant delivery service.
