Join Certified Wine Professionals Frank and Maria Bramwell as they lead you through the "why's" and "how's" of perfect wine and food pairing.  They'll explain the concepts in understandable terms, and you'll esperience the synergy of wine and food.  The program is interactive and you will discuss and analyze every wine like a pro.  Empower yourself with knowledge and join the fun!  Food prepared by Chef Mark Prece, CEC, AAC.  Class cost is $15.  Registration and payment deadline is February 14th.  To register, visit the Liberty Hy-Vee Wine & Spirits department or call 816 792-3210.
