Sample, learn, and enjoy beers from over 70 breweries from around the world all in the name of Hospice SLO which receives 100% of the proceeds. “Beer Fest” as it is affectionately named has become a Central Coast institution and brings nearly 2000 people a year to the Central Coast- including Cal Poly Alumni who remember the good old days here in SLO! The Festival is held annually on Memorial Day Weekend, May 25-27, 2012.
Now that Beer Fest has turned 26, we’ve decided to let it grow up a bit and return to its roots; the art and love of beer. We are proud to be launching two new wrap-around events for the wildly popular Saturday festival; a Connoisseur Dinner above beautiful San Luis Obispo, and an American Home Brewer Association (AHA) sanctioned Home Brewer’s Competition with Brewer Panels and Symposium on Sunday. There is sure to be an event for every beer lover!
Tickets range from $50-200 and go on sale February 11 at 10am at all Vallitix locations and Boo Boo Records.
