Our last Signature Wines tasting was a resounding success and you asked for more, so we're delivering! This guided tasting gives you the opportunity to taste some fabulous wines that many of us would like to try, but are not so excited about paying the high price for. It's hard to know where to start, but we've narrowed it down to some of the most acclaimed wine styles from around the world that retail for over $50 - $100: expensive - yes, excessively expensive - no! So please join us on a wine adventure, tasting a selection of signature wines from Champagne and Burgundy to Barolo and Bordeaux. As with all of our tastings, you'll learn about the wine regions, food and wine pairing, wine vocabulary, and much more. To accompany this special tasting will be a selection of fine food pairings so we can do justice to these wonderful wines.

Class includes course notes, wine & food pairings, and the opportunity to taste fantastic wines we don't like to pay for!

Note: We will not be pouring the same Signature wines as we poured for the 2011 Signature Wines class.
