We're finally giving in to the requests for more dessert wines! Not that we have anything against dessert wines - we adore them - it's just that an entire class on the subject might tip our palates over the edge into a sugar coma! So, we're combining aperitifs and dessert wines in one fabulous setting. Don't be afraid to take a detour from dinner wines! This is a great way to taste wines you may not have thought about adding to your beverage list before. Each wine will be paired with a perfectly deliciuos appetizer or dolce dessert. We hope this satisfies those of you who have been asking for before and after dinner wine options!
