Who doesn't love sharing delectable small plates of food with friends, while sipping equally tasty wines? It's definitely one of our favorite ways to eat and the experience can be taken to a whole other level when you match the perfect wine with each dish. In this class we will explore the art of food and wine pairing and show you how easy it can be to recreate at home. The El Monte chefs have created a selection of Latin-inspired small plates individually paired with each Spanish and South American wine in our line-up. We will guide you through seven wine and food pairings, with a discussion on the components of the pairings, as well as insights into the wine regions, wine making and viticulture of the wines we taste. This is a tasting not to be missed!
