Join wine educator and writer Carol Brown for a 3 course dinner with wines selected to complement each course from New World countries. As well as a glass of wine with each course, there will be sparkling wine and canapes on arrival and coffee and petit fours to finish.
Between courses, Carol will introduce each wine as well as provide tips on food and wine matching
