Explore the many styles of Syrah at Amista Vineyards. Enjoy Amista’s signature estate wines with gourmet food pairings from 11:00-4:30 on Saturday, February 4th.  Gourmet grilled cheese with a variety of flavorful toppings complements Rose of Syrah and Sparkling Rose. Hearty shepherd’s pie filled with lamb, beef and seasonal vegetables is topped with a mashed potato crust, and pairs perfectly with award-winning Syrah. Ilusión, Amista’s port-style dessert wine, is delicious with rich chocolate pot au crème. Special discounts will be offered on the featured wines the day of the event.
