Fairview Cellars and Bill Eggert - a winery and winemaker deserving of their "cult" status and following.

This year's theme is "The Old and The New".

Bill wants to pour some examples of his wines that are a few year's old together with the current vintages of the same wines.  Think of it as an education and exploration of how well his wines age.

Also, for a special treat, Bill has agreed to pour his unique and outstanding "The Wrath".

These wonderful wines will be expertly paired with the exciting and exceptional food and service we have come to expect from Vince Morlet and his team at Tapenade.

What Wines:  Sauvignon Blanc 2007 and 2010. Madcap Red 2006 and 2009, Two Hoots 2010, The Bear's Meritage 2006 and 2009,  The Wrath 2009
