Ever wonder how Four Brix decides what percentage of each varietal to use in our blends? Here is your chance to learn first hand. You and 5 other Brix Heads will join forces to make your own blend. First you will taste each of the building blocks: Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah. Next you must all agree on how much of each to use in your blend. You will each take home a bottle of your special blend. It is harder than you think- but SO much fun. Crackers and cheese will be provided to help clear your palates. Space is limited to the first 36 people who sign up!
