LB Steak at Santana Row in San Jose will be celebrating Mardi Gras all day on Tuesday, February 21 by featuring a la carte menu specials in the spirit of the occasion, plus the regular a la carte menu will also be served.
For lunch, guests can enjoy a Po’ Boy Sandwich, fried oysters on brioche with Creole mustard, spicy Louisiana onion and French fries ($13.75); Creole Shellfish Gumbo with okra, spicy filé herbs and sassafras leaves, served over long grain rice ($23.25) and Beignets, warm fritters topped with powdered sugar, with chicory crème anglaise ($9.00).
