Have you always wanted to be able to navigate a wine list a little better, know what the characteristics of the major wine grapes are, know which wines pair best with certain foods, and know how and what to look for in wine? We will answer all of these questions and more while enjoying over 10 diverse and yummy wines from around the globe. This is a great introduction to wine, and an excellent refresher as well if you already have a passion for fermented grape juice. Enjoy Spring by learning about something you already love to drink. Even if you got good grades this year, Monopole suggests you still should attend summer school (in Spring). There are no tests, no grades, and you can drink all the alcohol you want in this class. 6-8pm: $40
