Kim, a graduate of the Napa Valley Cooking School, is the 

Business Manager for the Antinori Family Antica Napa Valley 

wine estate in California and represents the family’s wineries 

around the country. 

Her love of food and wine will be evident as you delight in an 

exquisite menu, paired with diff erent wines from the Antinori 

family winery for an unforgettable experience.
