Take winemaking to the next level! Participate in a fun filled and educational winemaking event filled with great food and great people. Learn about topics ranging from tannin, sugar, alcohol, wine faults, and acids in wine.
Enjoy a night out with wine-lovers just like you. You and a guest will enjoy cheese, crackers, a hot/cold buffet style dinner, coffee, and dessert while you taste several varietals of our homemade wine throughout the evening. Each couple will participate in one of our winemaking steps such as crushing, pressing, or bottling and leave with their very own case of wine to take home that night. Cost of event includes yearly membership to Wine of the Month Club and ABC licence (required by NJ State Law).
