could be the only wine course you’ll ever need to take. This class is designed
for the beginner and for those seeking to flex their olfactory muscles and/or
expand their wine knowledge. Some of the
many topics to be covered include: sensory evaluation, types of wines and
grapes, the great wines of the world, ordering wine in a restaurant and
food/wine matching. Once you have completed this series, you will be able to
order and enjoy wine with complete confidence and a thorough understanding of
the basics. Your instructor will be Jamie Koren. For
maximum enjoyment of this class, we recommend rock-bottom beginners take our
Absolute Beginning Wine Appreciation class on Monday, arch 26th!
