Peconic Bay Winery looks forward to its Feburary wine dinner at Jewel, the stunning new American restaurant created by celebrated chef Tom Schaudel.  The restaurant is big, bold and absolutely beautiful, featuring an enormous marble bar, a glass-floored lounge, two level dining rooms, and private rooms.
