Join Diletta and Francesco Cavalleri, the faces of a new generation of Cavalleri Franciacorta. The Cavalleri team is behind a Gambero Rosso Tre Bicchieri Award for their Cavalleri "Pas Dose" Franciacorta, which will be one of the wines paired with the menu for this event. Matteo Bergamini, Executive Chef at SD26, has composed a 5 course menu with passed hors d'oeuvres to start the evening. What better way to spend the day before the Gambero Rosso World Tour tasting in New York City than at SD26 enjoying a special menu paired with one of the wines that will be honored this year. Cavalleri has deliberately kept its production to artisanal levels of approximately 20,000 cases annually, and has remained unwavering in their commitment to quality. Cavalleri's wines are also unique in the fact that they are all "Blanc de Blanc", using only 100% chardonnay in their Franciacorta sparkling wines. Space is limited.
