Santé is happy to continue our Wine Maker’s Dinner series on February 8th. The event is perfect for those interested in increasing their knowledge on wine making and pairings. Guests are able to interact with top Canadian wine maker Dan Sullivan.
Join Grand Master Winemaker Dan Sullivan of Prince Edward County’s Rosehall Run Vineyards as he pairs his award winning wines with a decadent 5 course dinner created for this special event by Sante’s House Chefs.
As one of the most widely respected and critically acclaimed new wine makers in Ontario, the evening promises to be both educational and interactive. In addition to be being a Grand Master Winemaker, Dan Sullivan is also a certified judge for the Wine Judges Commission of Canada.
