One of the hot, new wineries in Napa, located in the Chiles Valley near St Helena.
They have an amazing amount of acreage, and raise lambs and vegetables as well as 3 great lines of wine-Somerston Estate, Priest Ranch and Highflyer.
Craig will bring us all three, including some of their Robert Parker 90+ wines, as well as shipping us some great, fresh Spring Lamb from the estate for the dinner.
James Beard Award Best Chef Adam Siegel will prepare 5 great courses to match to four Somerston wines.
