If the phrase "American cheese" makes you think of that bland, processed, kid-friendly stuff, you haven't been paying attention. U.S. cheesemakers have plenty to offer the adult palate and that's the kind of cheese you'll be tasting tonight.
To continue with our all-American theme, we'll be pairing these quality domestic cheeses with -- what else? -- great wines also made right here at home.
If you've never been to one of our classes or "don't know much about wine," know this: We're here to make learning fun. Our classes and tastings are led by energetic, multi-credentialed wine experts, but we're not a "lecture" wine school. We mix wine tasting with sociability -- and if a question pops into your head, ask it!
