Executive Chef Quang Dang will craft a compelling five-course menu from pristine local ingredients, paired with top vintages from Blackbird Vineyards, Dry Creek Vineyard, Duckhorn Wine Company, Dutcher Crossing Winery, Heitz Cellars, and Silver Oak Cellars.
