Join Wine Access magazine Senior Editor and one of Canada's foremost wine experts, Steve Thurlow, on a single evening tasting tour of the various wine regions of Chile, a country with a number of different wine regions and various ideal climates that allow high quality wines to be produced there.

This interactive evening will have you tasting 8 different wines and learning about the different wine producing regions as you travel the country. Over the course of the evening you will learn about the various wine regions, ideal and consistent climate variations, wine making styles and grape varieties that makes Chile one of the world's fastest growing wine producing countries. You will also learn some on how to match food to the types of wines coming from there. A small sampling of two cheese and two deli meats is paired with some of the wines to learn more on what matches these types of wines. 

While tasting and learning about wine, an image slideshow will be projected on a 10' screen, showcasing geographic regions using Google Earth and spectacular imagery from different wineries and landscapes of the various wine producing regions of Chile, a beautiful wine producing country. This is not just another wine tasting seminar, but rather it is an entertaining evening 8 wine tasting tour of the various wine regions of Chile!
