Seating 5:00 to 10:00 PM. Serving an a la carte dinner menu inspired by the occasion and will be offering a complimentary glass of champagne to all guests who order three or more courses from this menu. A la carte dinner entrée specials will include Sautéed Rosefish with roasted heirloom potatoes, Bloomsdale spinach and lemon buerre blanc; Pan Seared Sonoma County Duck Breast with parsnip and potato purée, salad of frisée and citrus and demi glace; Porterhouse Steak with green beans almandine and house made truffled tater tots; Seafood Linguini Provencal with Mediterranean mussels, little neck clams and scallops; Salmon and Cod in a seafood broth and seared day boat scallops with parsnip mash and sautéed Brussels sprouts with pancetta and sherry gastrique; Grilled Atlantic Salmon with vegetable risotto and sautéed broccolini; Seasonal Vegetable Risotto with fresh grated Parmesan cheese; Crispy Stuffed Chicken Breast with wild mushrooms, Asiago cheese, sage and chicken jus; and Grilled New York Strip with sautéed escarole, Bordelaise sauce and herbed fingerling potatoes.
