Seatings at 6:00 and 8:00 PM. Serving a $70.00 four-course prix fixe menu. Prix fixe entrée choices will be Pollo Madera (pan seared chicken breast in a Madeira roasted red pepper and mushroom cream sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables); Baghali Polo with Lamb Shank (seasoned lamb shank with basmati rice mixed with dill weed and lima beans); Ravioli Aragosta (lobster filled raviolis sautéed with fresh tomatoes, asparagus, and sun-dried tomatoes with a lobster cream sauce); Chicken Shish Kebab (charbroiled chicken breast marinated in an herbs and saffron sauce, with grilled bell peppers, onions and tomatoes and basmati rice mixed with black cherries); Shish Liek (charbroiled lamb chops marinated in saffron sauce with basmati rice topped with saffron); Shish Kebab (charbroiled USDA Choice filet mignon marinated in an herbs and saffron sauce with bell peppers and onions, with basmati rice topped with saffron); Red Velvet Salmon (a fresh filet of grilled salmon topped a red velvet cherry sauce with sautéed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes); or Vegetarian Lovers “Dolmeh Felfel” ( stuffed bell peppers) with rice, fresh tomatoes, saffron, eggplant, tarragon, split peas, onions, green onions, and herbs and spices, infused with pomegranate, in a red sauce accompanied by gnocchi). Live musical entertainment by Italian tenor Pasquale Esposito, plus a belly dancing performance.
