On April 20, 2012, a memorable occasion is waiting for all who attend the 3rdAnnual “Like a Fine Wine LAP Only Gets Better with Time” event. Held atop the Michigan State University’s Spartan Stadium in the Spartan Club, LAP Respite Center and the M.S.U. Chapter of Professional Convention Management Association are once again teaming up to raise funds to help serve families that contend daily with severe disabilities or age related conditions. Browse over a hundred silent auction items, feel the thrill of participating in a live auction, or buy a ticket in our 50-50 raffle.  This dazzling evening will include live entertainment featuring swing jazz, classical, and folk music. Sample Michigan wines meticulously paired with foods to tease and delight the pallet. Eat, drink, and dance. Enjoy the opportunity to talk with wine authorities and educators asking questions on the wine you will be experiencing. Then, the next time you pop a cork amongst your friends you will certainly impress them with your new-found knowledge of Michigan wines and our wonderful vineyards.

Interested? Go online at www.laprespitecenter.org or simply call (517) 372-6671 to order your tickets today. Single ticket prices are $75. However, if you purchase before April 1, 2012, you can participate in this brilliant evening at a price of two tickets for $100.00 (or a single ticket price of $60.00). All proceeds go to benefit LAP Respite Center, a non-profit 501(C)(3) agency.
