This event presents a new take on ‘Red Wine &
Chocolate!’ Step into the cellar
with the winemakers and sample luscious red wines paired with both sweet and
savory chocolates.
The well-known affinity between red wine and chocolate goes one step further to include savory chocolate. Think salt, herbs, heat, smoke, or bacon in addition to delectable familiar sweet flavors of raspberry and port wine infused dark chocolate. Then add a selection of fine red wines to complete this perfect combination and the experience becomes memorable.
