California wine comes in hundreds of different varietals and styles. Wine regions range from the cool pacific coastal to the hot desert interior with a variety of different climates and soils that impact the final wine.
During this workshop you will sample four wines from the different areas of California and learn which grapes are grown where and why. All wines will be paired with small bites of food that reflect the unique flavours in the wine.
