Shop owner and author Julie Pech (The Chocolate Therapist: A User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate) hosts this unique evening of education and entertainment.

Your evening begins with an international chocolate pairing. Discover your favorite while you learn how to eat chocolate properly and how to compare and contrast flavors, scents, and textures. Following the chocolate pairing, you'll enjoy four international wines with a collection of all-natural chocolates, custom crafted by The Chocolate Therapist chocolate shop.  The chocolates are infused with organic flavoring oils, spices, nuts & berries and designed to bring out the flavors in both the chocolate & the wine. Learn guidelines for pairing chocolate and wines for future enjoyment.
