Salute! – A Festival of Wine & Food offers consumers a unique opportunity to sample over 250 wines from some of the world's leading vineyards. Attendees enjoy sampling fine wines and gourmet cuisine from area restaurants and caterers. Throughout the evening, attendees curiously browse and bid an impressive silent auction. The grand finale of Salute! is a live auction filled with rare and fine wine lots, wine-related experiences, giftware, trips and other choice products and services. 

 There will again be the opportunity for a small number of persons (60) to sample high-end wines in the Reserve Room and sample hors d’oeuvres from Evan Williams Catering ; a special ticket for the Reserve Room must be purchased ($50) in addition to the Grand Tasting ticket.
