The recent nationwide food cart & truck trend is an exciting collaboration of chefs and entrepreneurs that gather thousands at rallies every week. Join Miami's top food carts and trucks together at Trucks on the Beach, the official Festival Closing Party. Travel Channel’s Andrew Zimmern will host and celebrate the street food scene under the iconic white tent behind the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Zimmern will help guests navigate the terrain of bizarre and not-so-bizarre truck foods, whimsical wines and classic cocktails as we put to bed the 11th year of the Festival. This is your last chance to get in one more bite, one more drink and one more dance while enjoying so many different types of foods from so many trucks. It’s the perfect way to say goodbye to Miami’s favorite weekend, and start the countdown until the chefs invade the beach once more.
