For the Festival's last day, we’ve lined up more than a dozen chefs and local Miami friends, each with their own special preparation technique that’s sure to bring pig roasting to a whole new level. Hosted by Cooking Channel’s Debi Mazar & Gabriele Corcos from the hit show. Extra Virgin, our pig slayers will spend the entire day prepping seasonings and rubs that pair well with wines for this walk-around tasting of pork flavors from all over the world. Cooks will use the Duroc & Hampshire breeds of pigs, which are all natural, farm-raised and known for being super tender. We’ve tasked our pit masters with bringing out well glazed, perfectly done whole roasted pig served with various side dishes and desserts created by the Biltmore Hotel. Bring your dancing shoes to enjoy the live music as festival-goers revel in the excitement of winding down this weekend of culinary extravagance.
This event is $150 for 21+ and $75 for under 21 years old.
