Gail Simmons is Special Projects Director at FOOD & WINE magazine, judge on Top Chef, host of Top Chef: Just Desserts, and frequent Festival contributor. Be one of the first people to hear Gail discuss her new memoir Talking With My Mouth Full: My Life As A Professional Eater while tasting some of her favorite recipes from the book. International wine personality Josh Wesson will be tasked with pairing Gail’s recipes with a select few wines that match her graceful personality. Talking with My Mouth Full traces the stages of Gail’s remarkable career from young cook to professional eater. Take the tips from Gail on how to cook up your own dream and make it into a reality. The Festival’s lifestyle seminars are a great place to start or supplement your wine and pairing education.
