Since he opened the doors of Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, Michael Schwartz has strived to support small, family-owned farms and sustainable methods of production throughout South Florida. Farm to Table Brunch is a celebration of culinary masters embracing what many hope is not just the latest food trend, but rather a way of life for major American cities. On this afternoon, Schwartz will invite top sustainable chefs from all over the country to each have a station that will razzle and dazzle your taste buds. The seafood main course will come directly from the nearest fishing boats and many of the fruits and vegetables will be locally harvested.
