To create the best event during the best weekend of the year, you take a mix of the best new chefs in the country and pair their dishes with the best wines rated 90 points or higher on Wine Spectator’s scale while staging the ensuing extravaganza at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, a hotel that features a spectacular blend of Golden Era glamour and modern luxury. Fontainebleau Miami Beach Presents Wine Spectator’s Best of the Best Sponsored by Bank of America is where chic meets substance. Enjoy a leisurely stroll from station to station hob-knobbing with the chefs and wine-makers, while soaking in the elegant surroundings. Only proprietors and wine-makers from a winery are asked to pour their varietals at this event, and they are thrilled to take time to speak to attendees about their individual grape squeezing processes. This evening has eye-opening tastes in a dramatic setting while educating consumers about the trends that fuel today’s exciting gastronomic scene. There is more fine wine here than any other place all weekend long. From aperitif to dessert, we’ll make sure your glass is decadently decanted and your plate is full of incredible bites.
