This class will make you smile as these wines are instant mood lifters! A world of Bubbles waiting to be explored and enjoyed at any time, not just for a special occasion. French Champagne and Sparklers from Australia, California, Italy and Spain will delight your palate. Then there are the Blush wines, which haven't always been taken seriously but times are changing. Rosé's made from grapes such as Pinot Noir, Grenache and Cabernet Franc are being made in a variety of styles: light, easy drinking to drier and more sophisticated; cheerful, fresh, fruity and fun, perfect wines for a picnic or party.
