Winston’s Restaurant at Sullivan University will host a wine tasting class on Thursday, Feb. 23. Vintner Select will host a presentation on the wines of South America from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The price per person is $25, which includes five tasting portions of the featured wines, light snacks and instructional materials. Winston’s Wine Academy will be held on one Thursday evening per month, and each class will feature a different region. Reservations are required and can be made by calling Winston’s Restaurant at (502) 456-0980.

Guest speaker will be David Dubou, of Vintner Select.
